Ferah Southlake is located inside Southlake Town Square, off Carroll Avenue and 114. Just 10 minutes from DFW International Airport and convenient to many upscale hotels. Conveniently located near Grapevine, Colleyville, Westlake, and Keller.

The Origins of Tex-Med Cuisine

Burak Ozcan, our Chef & Co-Founder, has nearly two decades of experience with Food and Beverage operations. He started his career as a chef in the most luxurious five-star resorts across the Mediterranean before making his way to Dallas in 2009. After working with celebrity chef Stephan Pyles to open various high-end restaurant concepts, Chef Burak transitioned to leading culinary teams in full-service hotels across DFW. During that time he developed the innovative "Tex-Med" cuisine (Modern Mediterranean with a Texan Twist®). Chef Burak’s dedication to exquisite hospitality and passion for creative cuisine has led to a loyal following of "Ferah Foodies".
